  • Organization name, billing address, and payment method (processed by Stripe)
  • User-defined roles and department/location assignments

Call data you enter:

  • Caller names and phone numbers
  • Call notes, timestamps, and resolution details
  • Employee assignment and routing information

Usage and technical data:

  • Login activity, IP addresses, and browser information
  • Feature usage patterns to help us improve the Service

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the CallNotes service
  • Send call notification emails to designated team members
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
  • Respond to support requests and customer inquiries
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication infrastructure
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Stripe — payment processing (they receive only billing data, not call data)
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Law enforcement or government authorities when required by law

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and secure authentication with optional multi-factor authentication. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Call records are retained per your organization's retention settings. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
  • Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Service may use a session cookie to support owner impersonation features during support sessions.

10. International Transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
