CallNotes is a cloud-based missed call tracking and routing platform for businesses. The Service allows teams to log, assign, and resolve missed calls, send email notifications, and analyze call patterns.
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you input into the Service. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by CallNotes and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or branding.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallNotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
